Ours was Arbeit Macht Frei

Ours was probably "Thou shalt not get found out".

Amusingly, three heads in three years did get found out for fraud, kiddie porn and racist emails respectively.

My school had an anthem which we had to learn for each Speech Day. Every year all the students had a couple of periods of other lessons replaced with music lessons practising the school anthem. 6th form students were taken out of A Level classes to practice that stupid song
