Since we have to have a profanity filter, why not make it a PROPER, h2g2 style filter? OK, we're a relaxed site, we'll allow you to type "swut" or "turlingdrome", but shouldn't the word "belgium" be stopped by the filter?
The campaign to get "belgium" recognised as a swearword on h2g2 starts here! Who's with me?

I disagree.
Once you get impressionable people using that word, the next thing you know they'll be using Guam, or Pakistan.

In defence of longtime h2g2-contributor and Belgium-inhabitor sprout, I would prefer that 'Leeds United' was added as a term of profanity.

Oi!
There used to be quite a few Belgian or Belgium resident contributors to this site, back in the old days.
Any case, the profanity filter is BBC wide, right? How will the Eurosceptics on the political discussion site survive if they can't use the word Belgium?
