Perhaps it's a programmers "in joke ", maybe there are some instructions in Flash animation code known as Pellagonium Calls , otherwise I can only assume it is a coded instruction to a secret agent working in a confectioners .
Is the toffee any good? How would rate the graphic design on the wrapper ?
