Rains - Wondering where time's going and why it's in so much of a hurry! Posted Mar 29, 2007
I once went out with a man like that, who was well in his 40s . And, although he insisted he was divorced, I'm 95% certain he was still married (or at least, seeing someone other than me), and when we stopped seeing each other after 6 months I was actually quite pleased about it. If I could erase that part of my past, I would, happily.
If Male and Female colleague want to tell the boyfriend, that's up to them - but you run the risk of being caught in the middle of a large mess. One question, though - if confronting the woman with her lying behaviour hasn't had much effect, do you think telling the boyfriend will? Or do you think that she'll manage to talk her way out of that one, too?

She'll probably sweet-talk her way out of it.
I'm not getting involved.
Anemone: I chose to ignore my conscience. This was not a good thing & I am not proud of myself.
Cunningly disguised: That was something of a Wish List, thinking out loud as it were. Up until October last year I experienced a 7 year drought & I was reluctant to go back to those dark days. I guess I would've sounded like a teenager because I was re-discovering girls after a long dry spell. I hope I didn't come across as a wannabe player in my Journal, and realise I probably sounded like a n*b. My humble apologies.
Rest assured also, I'm a one-at-a-time kinda guy. When I am with someone they have my undivided attention, like now for example.

I'm not really here Posted Mar 29, 2007
I sounded like a kid myself a few months ago. I found Mr Right, but he turned out to be Mr Scumbag and I did a lot of weeping and wailing and generally feeling 14, not 37.
Perhaps I'm just jealous as I don't have a queue of men to decide between.

OK, let's try again. It was a post from me that was hidden, so I'll do the usual guessing game of trying to work out which bit got it pulled...

A worthless cheating whore is a worthless cheating whore is a worthless cheating whore. Ask yourself why you care.

Hoovooloo Posted Mar 29, 2007
The very best thing you can do with a worthless cheating whore is screw her as many times as you can, in as many ways as you can, for as long as you can.
Hidden
Hoovooloo Posted Mar 29, 2007
Use her for what she's useful for, which is obviously just the one thing.
Hidden
Hoovooloo Posted Mar 29, 2007
Then forget her, and either move on to another (not advisable but hey, you can't tell) or, better idea, move on to someone you can actually respect and who will respect you.
There. Now which bit of that was a problem?

(Of course it's possible that the complainant was one of the worthless cheating whores from my own past...)

" your broken heart, your foolish pride and your childish rage"
Broken heart - mended.
Foolish pride - Is it prideful to expect honesty of another adult? In which case, this must be you... http://www.theonion.com/content/node/33312
Childish rage - not at all. I harbour no angry feelings toward any individual. I offer rational advice to someone in a situation similar to one I've experienced. I call a spade a spade. I counsel against anger about such things in fact - it's a counterproductive waste of time and energy. Much better to simply cut off and transfer your energy to another part of your life, or another person - preferably one who is not a worthless cheating whore, as I previously mentioned. If you want to continue to picture me as a twisted, embittered person, crack on and all power to your elbow. I shall continue to picture you as an obese person surrounded by pies. Something about the name, I guess. Not sure why I picture you in a blue shirt particularly, or why they're exclusively steak pies, but my imagination is odd at times.

'I have a conscience & did try apologising to the boyfriend afterwards. Unfortunately, as my apology was not too specific on the details, it seems he didn't realise what I was apologising for and remained none the wiser.'
What part of 'I've been boning your girlfriend behind your back' didn't he understand?

" mended"....
Stuff was written, I read it and thought there might be some residual feelings
and that you might have let go of something/one worth keeping. That was all.
"continue to picture me as .... "
No I picture you more in the Weird Al definition, though without the
musical ability or rhythm obviously.(I'm sure you've seen it but it's fun so I'll post it again.....http://www.albinoblacksheep.com/video/whitenerdy)
Curiously English centric reading of the word(peckish) for such a globetrotting Euro urbanite
as yourself, but let's run with it..
