The trouble with coming to these threads on the second page is that the stuff still unmentioned tends to be unmentionable.
But like him or loathe him, Neil Diamond's 'Hot August Night' is worth a reminder (Album of course, rather than a song)

I was going to say Goo Goo Dolls - 2 days in February, but I got beat to it.
Tori Amos did Black Dove (january) so it's not technically called January girl, but you could say that January's in the title
Also, what about Gilbert O'Sullivan - January Git
Sting - January Star
28 days - January
Tommy Makem - Month of January
Foo Fighters - February stars
Cheryl Wheeler - February
Dar Williams - February
Mineral - February
Architecture in Helsinki - One Heavy February
There are heaps with "March" in the titles. I'll look later for the rest of the months if nobodty covers them.

"The Lusty Month of May" was from the film "Camelot" soundtrack - as Guenevere was lip-synching and I can't say whose voice it was, I suggest change artist to Julie Andrews who recorded it,
