It's a stitch-up, I'll have you know.
Although I must admit it is not a good idea to get drunk and incapable at the Brittania Inn. It is right next door to Margate's 
Cop Shop.

Do bear in mind I was prompt for the local Panto around a week ago...and there were several coppers who were cast members

In my experience The Britannia's proximity to the cop shop makes it even more debauched than the average boozer.
And they still have live rockin' tunes, which makes 'em rather special in this day and age.
