Deathlist 2007 - the official thread

**struts onstage wearing slightly dilapidated Dinner Jacket and bow tie**
Good evening, happy New Year and welcome. After the great success of Deathlist 2006, won jointly by Coelacanth, Demon Drawer, GRJ and - ahem - myself, Deathlist 2007 arrives bigger and better than ever.
I would like to introduce my assistant and resident statistician for the new season - Emmily. Curtsey, woman! Curtsey!
Emmily has apparently taken charge of updating the official DL2007 homepage, which can be found at A18413985. I only found this out today when I went to create the page for myself.
We introduce a rules refinement for the 2007 contest:
Rule 1) All entries must be submitted by the end of Saturday 20th January. No deaths before that date will be counted towards your scores.
Rule 2) You may predict a list of 15 names (as if thinking of 10 wasn't hard enough). Number 15 on your list _must_ be a person under the age of 50 on December 31st this year.
Rule 3) A correct prediction earns you 10 Deathlist points
Rule 4) A correct _and unique_ prediction (ie one that no-one else has predicted) will earn you 5 bonus points.
Rule 4 - addendum i) All people on your list must be well-known and in the public eye. 'Celebrities', for want of a better turn of phrase.
Rule 4 - addendum ii) Gamesmanship in the shape of waiting until the entry deadline and posting a completely unique list will be strictly frowned upon. This is supposed to be fun, dammit!
Rule 5) A correct under-50 prediction will earn you double points.
If you're short of ideas, then visit the 'official' Death List site at http://www.deathlist.net/
Good luck, one and all!
