Opiates - morphine - heroin: essentially the same.
Incidentally, did you know that in 1914 you could buy a syringe & five phials of heroin for a penny at chemists and these were popular additions to "goody boxes" sent to the troops on the Western Front?

read this a while back
apparently you will come into indirect contact with (on average, think it was) 6 male genitalia each day, through them using the toilet and not washing their hands after =/ (via: door handles etc..)
another being annually, shaking hands with 12 women who have touched themselves (in a private way, lol) and not washed their hands after (prior to shaking).
it was in a really serious artical but who and how is this known
