Any Biblical scholars or indeed weathermen care to pass comment vis-a-vis lightning bolts?

The Groob

I still find it unbelievable that anyone can survive a lightning strike. When you see lightning strike at close range you realise how powerful it is. It's more unbelievable that the number of strikes survivived by one person is six!

'I find it unbelieveable anyone can survive a lightening strike' Goes to show you how amazingly resilient the human body is. I'm was just watching X-Men the other night and this reminded me of Storm's line 'Do you know what happens to a toad that's struck by lightening? Same thing as happens to everything else' smiley - rofl

Mostly Harmless

There’s two ways of looking at this:

1. God is a film critic (thanks Croz) and he doesn’t like Jim Caviezel’s performance or the movie in general.

Or

2. God likes what Jim Caviezel's preformance and spared him from being killed by the lighting.

Or maybe Thor just wants equal time.
