Someone might have mentioned him before but...
Richard Blackwood.
Why?! He keeps re-appearing on the TV, in adverts, in BBC trailers. Why? He was a rubbish stand-up, his chatshow was rotten, in fact he has no discernible talent. Why on earth do the BBC (in particular) persist with him?
