Loud fast music: If I'm driving I usually change channel to avoid accident. If at a club I get up and boogie.

Danger: Work out how to face it and then do so.

Annoying people: Try and resolve the situation and if I can't ignore them. Awkward when they are customers on the other end of the phone though.

When I saw the title of this thread, I thought it would be something about how fast you can post smiley - doh

Anyway -

Loud, fast music - usually makes me want to dance or at least move in time & may be sing along. Encourages more assertive, aggressive behaviour.

Danger - avoid it if possible. Otherwise, outwardly calm but increasingly light headed during, legs weak, stomach churning & bowel melting, afterwards as a shock reaction.

Annoying people - remain my usual polite self but remove myself from them ASAP. Probably gripe about them afterwards & wish I'd said something apposite.

Also include in their how people would like to react to these situations.
Example:
With annoying people I have a lot of scorn...sometimes anger...but I rarely do anything constructive with it...though I often stand up to them it just doesn't get me anywhere because I don't do it every single time...I deal with some pretty consistently annoying people. I would like to come up with creative ways to get them to stop being annoying.

So how would you say your project is going so far?
Have you learned anything and how are you going to organize all this?

I normally don't notice music at all. If the volume is at the point I can't hear what people are saying to me I notice it and tend to get annoyed, thats about it. There are four songs I've heard (and I've heard a lot) which I actually registered some emotion for, I'm trying to see if anyone can work out the pattern and predict a fifth (http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/plain/F19585?thread=279871) I must be the only 18 yr old in the world who not only doesn't own a CD - but doesn't even own the technology to play one...
