Hello!
I promise next time i come on i'll start a convo about some random subject, but today i need an answer to my question as i have searched high and low for it on the web and can't find an answer...so here goes..
Do you need a licence to busk in the streets of London? If you don't have one, would you get arrested or fined? Is busking seen as a crime?
Ok sorry, that was more than one question...someone plz get back to me...

You seem to be a bit lost. This isn't a place to start a random conversation. Nor is it the best place on h2g2 to get an answer to your query. <./>Askh2g2</.> would be a better bet.
