Is Sunday 20th April the day we can break our fasts, or is that the 'last day' so we can't break fast till Monday? !
Cuz I've been asked to an all day event on the 20th, and I was thinking "I'm sure there's something going on that day" then remembered that it was the day I'm planning to stuff myself with 
!

Just got back from a week in Sweden, attending my sister's birthday parties (one for the friends and one for the family) and I've had a rough time trying to cope with not eating any sweets, but I pulled through, mostly cause I was stuffing my face with crisps and snacks instead.

I watched a chocolate ad last night (Galaxy!) and thought of Galaxy Babe, rather than thinking of chocolate. I think I'm getting over the lack of chocolate.

In a moment of abstraction last night while drinking coffee after a bottle of wine and watching Alan Titchmarsh's merry meanderings on "Ground Force", I found that I had just finished consuming three chocolate digestive biscuits! 
Horrors!
There goes my self control! I'm sorry, everybody 
I was the first to crack. But I'll be good from now on and this will definitely be a once off.

Gnomon, you're actually not the first to crack. I have it on good grounds that AGB cracked and did something she said she would abstain from the night before last.. Se told us in another thread. She just didn't come in here to tell us. Then again, it's one of the things I'm kind of happy for her that she couldn't stay away from...
Anyways, I'll go now.. Er.. Oh, look, is that a golden gopher I see over there?

I'm not sure if I broke my shopping ban or not 
I went on a bit of a spree last weekend buying accessories for a costume I need for a do at Easter. I Obviously couldn't leave it until after Easter!
But I did buy extra necklaces for further costumes (I am moving and wont be able to get to that shop again) That and a paperback to read on the train home
