...and completely erase it from existance...which film would it be?
I think I would start with Titanic. never seen it, never want to. The very fact of Celine Dion doing the old warbling for the soundtrack makes me happy in my ignorance.

Just one? "Crossroads" by Britney Spears. Ugh. Ugh. UGH.

Saturnine Posted Jan 12, 2003
Nah, not just one. Lots. There a number of Dean Cain films I would happily set light to. The specific titles escape me though...
I cannot *wait* to see "Crossroads"...should be hilarious!

In THAT case...
- Anything starring a 'pop' star. A'la Lance Bass, Mandy Moore, Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears et al.
- Anything that is set in Australia or features an 'Australian' character, but is produced/directed/cast and/or written by an American (Crocodile Dundee, Crocodile Hunter and Kangaroo Jack, I'm looking at you, assheads)
- Hugh Grant. Yerg.
There's more, but soon I'll start frothing, and that's never pretty.

*ahem*
David Bowie starred in the film section of the "Twin Peaks" series. Not to mention "Labrinth"...he's a pop star in my eyes.
Jennifer Lopez has made some excellent films - "U-turn" being one of the best. Starred opposite Sean Penn, and was directed by Oliver Stone (Natural Born Killers dude).
Plenty of good films with pop stars in...

Any recent teen-flick or romantic comedy should be put out of its misery. More specifically: Save the Last Dance, Coyote Ugly, Runaway Bride, and their ilk.
Labrynth, however, is an excellent movie.

I really want to see "Get over it" now that they showed me the dog-humping-the-basketball scene in the trailer for Sky Premier...
I'd also like to throw in "American Psycho"...utter tosh.

The last two Star Trek films.

Any Star Trek film. It should stay in TV form and TV form only.
Also, Star Wars. All of them. Every bit. All the merchandise. Even the lightsabers. Nothing but trouble.

Grease. Pure evil. Should go up quite well given its name...
Leave Star Wars alone. Harmless it is.

Star Wars 4 and 5 are fine. The other ones need to go into the fire. (well, maybe not the plot for 6 as it's necessary for finality).
And some of the Treks were great - namely 4. "Colorful metaphors" - but that's another forum.

I actually watched Crossroads. I'm not saying Spears is a good actor, but I've certainly seen other popstars do a lot worse. Bad movie though.
I'd say burn the Tom Green movie Freddy Got Fingered. Worst movie of the decade I'd say.
