Oooh. Now you've opened a can of worms. But probably it's best to ask what you're into in a comic.
If you like niftiness and silliness and a long backlog to read, there's http://www.sluggy.com
For the geeks in the world there's http://www.gpf-comics.com
More geek fun to be had at http://www.penny-arcade.com
Even MORE geek jokes http://www.reallifecomics.com
College dorm shennanigans at http://www.machall.com
Anthropomorphic bunnies and the wolves who marry them at http://kevinandkell.com
More anthropomorphism and a philosopher fox called Ozy at http://www.ozyandmillie.org
Dragons! http://www.dragon-tails.com
For slightly more adult humor, and no long storylines http://www.sinfest.net
((Warning, adult link)) And for even more...er...adult humor http://sexylosers.keenspace.com
There's a whole heap more that I read and that other people read and that they'll put here, but most of those comics link to other places too, and they're all good...just some of my favourites.

I used to get a load of good manga comics off some of the alt.binaries newsgroups. Can't recall which ones now. Anyway they were scans of paper comics, dunno if that counts.

Dragon-Tails is sooo cool. And it's drawn by a guy from my home town. Not that I know him or anything, but hey, it's still a nifty thing ^.^

Strangely, I don't read User Friendly. I think I've got too many other things to read right now.

Another 'adult' comic my bro told me about today -> http://www.purplepussy.net
Make sure you type in .net, not .com or .org. Heh.
I didn't think much of it, but hey.
(Btw, that sexylosers one is fantastic!)
