I'm a left-hander,When I was young,(over 50 years ago) older people would treat me as if it were an handicap,so I learnt to do most things right -handed. A few of my teachers then did ask if I could use my other hand ,but they didn't force me. I'd be surprised if they would today.
The problem I had with a fountain pen wasn't the writing, but my left little finger would smudge the ink as I wrote across the page.
I didn't know you could get a left handed mouse. Would think it could be more confusing when they tell you to right click ?
Maybe you could tie your daughter's shoes easier if you knelt behind her .
Don't worry too much about it . She'll find a way of doing things that suits her.

Just noticed the year when this conversation was started. If Cloviscat should find these replies , maybe she will let us know how her daughter got on.
