Peet's right, Twinkle... 
These are some pretty cool ideas... erm, has anyone else seen the face that forms in the goo on the left o the screen? you can just make out the eyebrows, nose, lips, and chin(s)... *shrug*

Well, I can always replace it with a *very small* graphic with the same name to free up space.

I like the idea of Telnet or SSH access but it will never happen, too much work inlvolved

Probably a similar amount of effort to writing a WAP version from scratch (although how much of the old WAP code is still relevant to DNA I have no idea...). In other words, quite a lot! Definitely more than just writing a new skin, it'd need new XSLT and new protocol code at the very least I'd think.
