I play a game of trying to spot the cliche in every film I watch. If there are more than 1-6 I consider it a lousy film.
Some examples are
"You'll never get away with it".
"follow that car"
"What happened"
"who's there?"
"shooting is too good for you"
Can you come up with some more?

There were a couple of excellent 'ask h2g2' conversations on film cliches ages ago (one on dialogue, one situations), but I think they have yet to emerge from moderation backlog.

"f**k you!" always appears when the scriptwriter runs out of clever comebacks for his characters.

"c'mon we're getting outta here" Just before hero saves everyone from predicament: tall building, mine, jail, sinking boat, POW camp...
then cue mushy cr*p and then uplifting theme music

"who put you in charge?"
"What are you doing here?"
"I'll be back in a second" which usually means they won't or it's a set up.

'It's no use, we have the negatives.'
'But this cannot BE!!!!'
'You cannot be serious!'
(often when the hero/heroine is about to suffer a nasty, protracted death, which they will invariably escape from)
'So, are you going to tell me what it's all about?'

In every Hollywood thriller...the bad guy dies.
In a horror/thriller after the bad guys dead, chick runs over to hero tearfully saying "It's over."
