No - anyone can answer - I have only recently heard of CFS and it sounds like the same thing to me. Is there a doctor in the house?

Cheerios are good. weetabix used to make little curly bran things....forgotten what they were called.

bugs in mud are nice too, as is the other one from that same manufacturer...errr...raspberry something.

today I had a toasted crumpet spread with kiri cheese (a bit like Philadelphia) and sliced strawberries.

I'm currently having Slimfast for breakfast, have been since the summer. I've lost quite a bit of weight, and I'm eating normally the rest of the time. Bit more portion control than hitherto, but normally. But I do like a bowl of Weetabix with ice cold milk as a late night snack.

I too don't like dried fruit at all.
I go for Frosties if I am having cereal or toast with bovril on if not.

I am not a Dr. & I do not know "spanner". I do know (2 much!) about ME and CFS if you mean Myalgic Encephalitis or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome,& the similar Fibromyalgia . You can go to my page and post comments/questions if you like. I was 350th diagnosis in the US back in 1984.It has gone by many names. In 1980's it started as chronic EBV /Epstein Barr Virus (Mono) that name is now obsolete.There are a few researchers in the Uk & US. Many different opinions,varied symptoms and severity, from mild to disabiling. Not much new available as far as info/treatments.
