I've really got to get my mind off this...
*Starts throwing darts at the dartboard, left eye closed.*

*THWACK*
*Another dart hits the dartboard. Scandrea is stood at the line, lining up to throw another, left eye closed. She winds up...*
*...and throws the softball. She is once again 15 years old, and a little on the out of shape side. Her glasses are sliding down her nose, and she has another sore on the inside of her lip from her braces. The ball gets halfway to third base from the outfield before it gravity overwhelms it, and it dribbles to a stop. Another home run. She can feel the eyes of her teammates on her, and she hears them groan about the team with the slowpoke should get a handicap.*
*THWACK! This dart hits halfway between the edge and the center. Scandrea steadies her hand and sends another flying...*
*...down the hall. She loathed gym class, and changing for it. It was at the end of the day, and she rarely had enough time to get to the busses after the lockerroom. She skids to a stop in front of her locker, and opens it. The cute boys passed her by on the way to their girlfriends, nothing new there, but Tom seemed to be slowing down... stopping? Opening his backpack? Suddenly, Scandrea was drenched in the remains of the open soda that Tom had in his hand. He flashed his 10,000 watt smile, asked if she was thirsty, and walked away.*
*THWACK! Bullseye. Scandrea left the darts in the dartboard, and walked to her lab. Even though she was intelligent and successful, fit and healthy, she did not believe she was anything more than the 15 year old overweight girl crying in the restroom over a spilt soda.*

*walks into the recreational area and sits in a soft sofa like chair*
*throws a ball off the wall catching it and muttering a rhyme to herself as she does so but without the actions*
*sigh*
this was always much more fun when i was younger 
what have i been doing all day? 
I should really get more rest... or a planner....
nah, things never go to plan anyway,
*stands up and throws the ball against the wall, this time doing the actions with the rhyme*
*throw, clap, catch, throw, turn round, catch etc*
