sod's law strikes again!I ordered on-line 2 colour cartridges for my printer, from a place I have used a few times. They came Thursday, fully sealed in polythene and rest of packagingloads 1 in to printer -oh dear! it reads empty ?, tries second one oh dear! it reads empty ?puts "old" one back and that shows nearly empty, so tries the new ones again - nope, still shows emptytake printer program out and reinstalls it, just in case of a glitchbut both cartridges still show empty. So now I'll have to go to a shop in town where they refill cartridges and have him check them to see if they are full/empty. Then depending of course - email to company
