Sweets that should never have been made

On the 'Whatever happened to ...' thread (F1753253?thread=387181) there have been several comments on sweets people can't see the attraction of.
Suggestions have been:
salt-dusted liquorice (a Dutch/Danish/Scandinavian (?) speciality),
flavour combinations such as:
blackcurrant and liquorice,
chocolate and lime,
and
medicinal flavoured sweets,
Fishermen's friends / Victory V lozenges / Lockets.
On that last type I can also offer Wintergreen Mint TicTacs, which tasted like you would imagine Vicks vaporub would (if you were mad enough to eat any 
).
I remember once buying some honey and lemon Lockets thinking they were a sweet...
I think you need a more mature sense of taste to overlook the flavour.

The Pink Panther bar which featured an odd flavoured pink 'chocolate'.
Now how natural is that?

I used to eat that. It was strawberry flavoured white chocolate.
I agree with the Fishermans Friends etc. but they're really for medicinal purposes only, same goes for lockets & tunes.
Blackcurrant Flavoured toffee is my contribution. I love both flavours separate but not together. Sadly I do like chocolate limes.

Oh, they were in tubes of Toffos!! And yes, they are a bit iffy, as were the strawberry ones.
I rather liked the banana flavour, though....

I'm not keen on th esweets that have a bitter flavour some of those coke bottle things my kids eatturn the edges of my turn instantly to ulcers. Are they meant to be a punishment or what?

Thorntons do banana toffee which is justlike the old toffo flavour - yum!
