tofu or textured vegetable protein (I wouldn't eat either of those either )

I've never knowingly eaten either, but if I have to choose I'd go for tofu. It'd be easier to say 'tofu' to the paramedics who would ultimately attend to me, rather than struggle with 'textured vegetable protein'!!
