You lucky lucky thing. I have the thighs of a rhino so my favourite shoes are sandals.

Bog standard Converse, preferably black, though about ten years ago I had a red pair that I loved.

I'm with Roymondo. Converse are great unless you've got /a lot/ of walking to do.

My cowboy boots in winter, and my jesus sandals from April-Nov.

To state the obvious: it depends who's wearing them.
I rather fancy a pair of these for myself: http://www.demonia.co.uk/contents/media/t_demonia_Revolver-II.jpg
In the mean time I'll have to make do with my army assault boots for stomping in and my Salomon trekking boots for comfortable walking.

I fell in love with all boots when I saw the film "Kinky Boots" although I could never wear them.

No I could never wear kinky boots I am told that from the back view it looks as if I have ferrets fighting in my joggers

Chelsea Boots! Either with a 2" heel or without.
natholie, you should come to Camden, we have an abundance of cheap goth fetish boots, if you don't mind rooting about some slightly odd shops and stalls a bit.

Ooh, I'm quite fond of odd shops. I love a shop that's reasonably close to me, it's part hippyish, part goth. As you go through it goes from really light to really dark, which amuses me a bit.

The one I'm on about is called Haze. I think really it's purple haze, but haze is what it says on the shop front.

Brighton's North Laine (it's district rather than just on lane for anyone not familiar with the city) has some awesomely different shops. It has the famous Vegetarian Shoe shop for example. I personally like to know that a cow has died to make my shoes. But they recycle tires and such to make their shoes, and tires are notoriously difficult to dispose of in an environmentally cool way.

I don't think I'd get very far in heels...
