To avoid clogging up the BSG thread with unrelated Heroes spoilers...

right yeah....
Anyhow future Hiro (all wearing Black, with the sword and a nifty beard able to speak really good english) told Peter abourt the scar. As soon as Cylar started doing him I wondered "is that where the scar comes from".
Theoritically as he has met Claire he shouldn't really need to have any scars right?

*barges in*
Perhaps he's kept it as a reminder or something. I kinda see Peter as an anti-Syler, both can absord others powers and use them, but the way they do is completely different - look at how Peter responds to Claude when Claude tells Peter that to use all the powers he has collected, Peter needs to cut himself off, to push others away.
Instead Peter makes himself feel close to them, I think keeping the scar would be a token of what he faced and why he did it - a badge of honour.

Ahhhh.....
Damn it. This thread is making me even more annoyed we have to wait till April 23rd to find out what happens.
What a head flick it was when Claires old man turnedo ut not to be quite such a bad guy after all eh? And also what is going on with Hiros dad being part of the company?

I'm going to have to watch 'em again - I made the mistake of watching while sitting at the PC thereby letting important bits fly right past me.
Suddenly I'm pleased to have a few weeks to catch up.

Hooray!
Have you read the comics on the NBC website? They are a companion to the series and give some cool background....

They're going to town on this somewhat! I've had a mooch around the NBC site a couple of times but haven't delved too deeply.
It's very coincidental that you should bring up their graphic novs today of all days: this afternoon I bought he first graphic nov I've bought in about ten years (one I owned about ten years ago and lost.)

'What the creator has to say about the "hiatus"'
Ach, the man's teasing us! It's a long time since I've been as gripped by a programme as this (despite the bits I've missed). The wait will be a killer. Still, as you said, at least there's Life On Mars, Dr Who and even some RL socialising to fill the gap.

"and even some RL socialising to fill the gap."
The what now? You mean there is something other than TV, Internet and work?

Primeval Mudd (formerly Roymondo) Posted Mar 12, 2007
Of course there is! Meeting internet acquaintances and/or colleagues in a pub to discuss the internet, TV and work.

Just finished watching Parasite.
Didn't Christopher Eccleston mention something to Peter about getting his hair cut when they were on the roof with the pigeons?

S02E05 now. Adama's back and it's all getting frightfully divisive! Top stuff.
Nadgers, now we're talking BSG in a Heroes thread. Hey ho.
