Shazz, I have some good news for you. For half the cost of doing renovations I could rebuild the whole thing at a new place. We would have to go on the cheap and maybe use Shazz's Interior Decoraters, but that will be the price we would have to pay.

LOL! It does indeed... where HAS our MM got to recently! Maybe he has been in the UAE again with his dad for the summer!
Please ask NM to be careful when he arrives... you know how clumsy he can be at times, and the Temple IS still a little crooked!
