1. Only 600 of the total number of researchers want Thursday to be renamed
2. The rest, therefore do not
3. These researchers can be approximated to a Thursdayite
4. Just taking my researcher number as an example, there are 8260963 accounts open
5. Therefore there are approximately 8260363 people who do not want Thursday to be renamed.
And 8260363 >> 600 (Or 592 depending on where you look)

you cant say that
a large number of researchers join up then never return
a lot have never herd of the Thingites and therefore have not yet made there choice of Thing or Thursday known
and more importantly a lot of researchers never join groups like the Thingites or the Thursday people because they are "serious" researchers who only write guide entry's

Granted, but in the end we still have more than 592 supporters.

Post something of Ask k2g2 about it. Ask the serious researchers which they prefer.

i imagine they would be quite annoyed to be asked
and anyway they could be conscientious objectors
and refuse to help you in your battle for common sence

Hmm, maybe.
Have I reached the rank of Supremely Annoying yet?

Then I will continue trying until I do. At which point, I will proudly display it and rub it in the face of others to prove it.
Hmm, another argument?
Now What?
