Funny, it's the start of the 
world cup today.
I know some of my friends hate and think the coverage of it is OTT. I like to watch it, so I don't mind the coverage, but I agree that there are more important issues than a game.

World Cup! Yay!! I love the World Cup. My husband reckons Germany could win! Did you see the opening ceremony? I liked the martial art type dancing and the lady with the sparkly green shorts.

Since Denmark didn't make it to the finals I'm rooting for my other national team, of course
And I believe that Germany has a really good chance - even if cup finals in South America until now have always been won by South American teams
