A Conversation for Talking Point: Discrimination
Everyone Discriminates

I think everybody discriminates, whether they like it or not. My other half and I think that people employ people like themselves.
I mean when you go to a job interview, you are more likely to get the job if the interviewer can relate and bond with you. So *Everything* that makes you different from what they think they are like goes against you. So if you are black and the interviewer is white it will make it less likely that you get the job. But if you are ginger and they are ginger, then you have something in common and you can start to bond...
So it's a bit of a self fulfilling prophesy.
