LDT

Hi, I'm from Ontario; please sign me up.

Just to let you all know, I'm joining this club because of geographic location rather than patriotic fervor and am not at all proud of Canada's actions in recent history. (But I am fond of Tim Horton's.)

Mudhooks: ,,, busier than a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest...

I am from/in Ottawa* and would like to join.

*Actually, until Canada Post gets their Crown-Corp heinie in gear, technically I am still in Nepean (although technically Nepean does not exist but is part of the mega-city of Ottawa), though depending on some mysterious process if someone sends my mail addressed "Nepean" (with the correct postal code) it may or may not be returned "no such address". Same is true when it is addressed "Ottawa".... Go figure.

You can sign me up as well. It'll make sure everyone remembers that Canada has a Yukon Territory. Only kidding! Though when you invite a Yukoner's furry friends along it can get busy. Zack's lying next to my chair, I can hear Shannon upstairs. Whiskers, Ears, Darla, Jackie, Bakaru, Highway, Zeus, Othello, Blade and Tyler are all outside.
For those of you who read the joke about the golden telephone...
We don't bother with the phone up here, it's easier to yell out the window.

rev. paperboy (god is an iron)

While no longer a resident of our home on native land, I am still a Canuck. Here in Tokyo anyone non-asian who isn't a Japanese is assumed to be an American. The reaction you get to "American-jin janai, Watashi-wa Canada-jin" is priceless. People are either disappointed or relieved, but they all want to know how cold it gets and can I play hockey and ski? And if the beer is any good, since they know (and generally loathe) U.S. beer.

Sign me up! Stomping Tom for PM

ps:Little known Canadian fact (TM) The Ontari-airi-airi-oh song was composed by the same woman who wrote the theme from hockey night in Canada.
