Yukon stuff
Why am I here? I tried running "Yukon" through the search and there wasn't really anything around. Not even "harmless". Which we are, apart from the fact that there's only about 30,000 of us here, plus dogs, we are nice people. The Yukon, home of the Klondike and the Yukon Quest! Known as the toughest race in the world. It's a dogsled race run between here in Whitehorse and Fairbanks Alaska.
Also home to people like me who come from elsewhere to live amongst great scenery, dogs, friendly people, friendly dogs, occasional cold snaps(-40) and dogs. Yes, if you hadn't realised we have a lot of dogs here. A friend of mine has over 80 huskies.
Come to the Yukon, see the Quest, the Aurora Borealis, the Klondike goldfields, wildlife, magnificent scenery and dogs.
As to the name, well I live in the Yukon (ex South Wales) and my friends reckon I look like a werewolf.
