These stitches are really itchy!!!!!!!!!




But my poor tummy inside still won't stop hurting. *blows kisses to tummy*



Anyone know any cures to stop stitches from itching?

*closes eyes to meet propriety and offers clean but strong nails for scritches as needed ...*

But I can't itch them!!! I'll pull them out!!!

or just get really really drunk and I mean really drunk!

I don't think "drunk" goes well with painkillers...

Aloe vera, lavender essential oil - just a few drops, lavender gel (available at boots), theres also an anaesthetic cream called lanacane (something like that) just ask at the medicine counter in boots or somewhere.

LEAVE THEM ALONE!!

If I catch you scratching I will put some scratch-mits on you

I am itching in sympathy now!

Itching is a good sign - as the skin starts to heal it itches. Although the suture material can be itchy in itself.

What colour is it? Is it like fishing line or more like cotton thread?

Bathe in warm salt water to remove any bits of dried blood that may be sticking to them.

BUT DON'T FIDDLE WITH THEM!

know how that feels..though Morts right it means its healing!

VV don't scratch, it leads to infection.

Placing CLEAN hands ontop soothes, preferably your own or you have more itching.
