Well. before I went to Nodnol on Friday, I had an interview to become an Executive Secretary. This was the second interview and apparently it was only down to two people. I didn't think I did very well at the second interview, but i was so exited about going to Nodnol that I wasn't really bothered.
I'm not going into details about the meet because everyone else has summed it up so lovely (my 
to you all and thank you for making me 
).
We finally got home on the train on Sunday after having to stop at some unknown station after major signalling problems. All trains on that line had to stop. We thought we would be in for a long wait after the train manager said they were opening the doors for people to go and stretch their legs. 
We did finally get going again and it wasn't that long a wait. The engineers must have worked their balls off!!
Then we had a big delay near Birmingham International as there was a suspect package. I'm not sure if it was at the station or at the airport. We finally got back 15 minutes late after making up another 15 minutes.
Anyways, this morning I turned on my other mobile phone and sat and waited to see if it would ring. It didn't. I said to by brother in law that I didn't think I'd got the job but I did feel proud of myself for getting to the last two.
Anyways. 6.30pm this evening I got a phone call.
I GOT THE JOB!!!!! 
I can't believe it!!!!
The job is £5k a year more than what I am on now and I'm now an Executive Secretary working for the head honcho!!!
It's about time something went right for me.
My dad says I should do the lottery

B'el, If I could have put you in my pocket and brought you home with me I would have done. Mind you I can say that for everyone at the meet! They really did put a smile on my face. I'm ever so grateful to you all.

May I just say how much I enjoyed meeting you? (although I think you knew) and spending time with you, I'll never forget hearing you screaming my name across that busy street and turning round and there you were jumping up and down doing a fantastic impersonation of Tigger
