Got anything to say about anything?
I'm feeling kinda insane today...
Maybe that's to do with having a Theatre Studies exam this afternoon...and I have to write a whole essay in 20 minutes about the evil man - Stanislavski...anybody heard of him?
No....you don't want to either...

Wigfiddle the observer...
What do you observe?
Fish?
I like this now...
What do you all do?
You know about me and my nasty A-Levels...
This is the reason for my insanity...
When it's over I will hopefully become saner...if that is really possible...

I observe whatever I'm watching. Humans particularly (spelt something like that, I think). I don't observe the because they don't do much. Well, mine don't. I have seen some others that can swim around. Why can't we make fish facing the other way I wonder? Like this, ? That's what I want to know. Why are all the fish headed in the same direction? Are they all part of the same school? Is the current too strong to go the other way? Why? Why? Why?
Anyway, I kind of say what I observe on my home page. I have a new group that you can join too, to be an Observer, or just to have your name on a list.

I'm gonna be a guardian angel, much better than an Observer. It sounds like you're all dressing up as newspapers or something.

forgotten Posted Jun 29, 2000
what does that mean? You can go be a little gardian angel if you want but I'd rather be me. Or whatever. well, I don't care if my thing is stupid. at least it's mine! Being an observer is easy. you don't have to participate, just watch. which may be one reason I'm not getting replies. Oh well. I'm used to having on one on my sites.

Good. Carry on being you. It would be slightly odd if you weren't you. Do you not know about the guardian angels? NEway, I'm sure your little group isn't stupid (how many people are there in it again?), so please excuse me for any insulting I may have participated in.

well...two. me and Demon Drower, ACE. he was nice enouph to join my little group. there were more in the list but they hadn't actually joined so i took them off the list.
I was really wanting to know what it ment to "dress up like a newspaper". that confused me since I had never heard that expresion before.
Yes, I have heard of the Guardian angels. I thought about registering to join but changed my mind. Congradulations by the way on becomeing one.

Hello everyone! Hello Back!
Zagros the Elfking Posted Jun 30, 2000
While not everyone, I am someone, so I shall take it upon myself to answer you back. You ask what it is like to live on a planet of "Science Freaks". Science, from scire, (L.) to know, is a modern Earth religion. It is a system of observation which leads to guessing how things work, then experimentation, much like the first time you tasted a booger, having guessed that it has protein and won't taste too awful.
Science is supposed to be a continuous process of observation, guessing, experimentation, evaluation of data obtained from the experiment, refined guessing, more experimentaion, ect. ad infinitum. The reality is, the process is now stopped when scientists arrive at some way to make money.
Science was painstakingly developed to arrive at the truth by applying rules of objectivity, such as "Double blind Studies","Replacability", 'scowling androids with hornrimmed glasses, lab coats and pocket protectors', "not 'doing it' with your test subject till after the first set of data is collected", and other attempts to prevent the typical human clouding of what is actually observed. In short, the 'Rules of Science' were developed to stop humans from lieing to themselves or to others. Humans being what they are, science is rarely successful.
Truth is not the sum of its parts.
Science, has of late, tried to solve many of the mysteries of human existence, such as, "Where DOES the other sock go when it disappears from the dryer?", "What is Love?", and "What are we really?". These are really huge questions that Science tries to solve, by breaking them down to little bites it can began to chew on. This process of 'divide and conquer', has not really arrived at any real truth. "Scientific Reductionism" has brought us to the scientific truth that we are evolved flocks of Quarks doing a dance with no meaning and no purpose, the subjective experience of Love is nothing more than an evolved excreation of Phenyl Ethel Amines, to cause the propagation of the species, again to no purpose. This shows that even at its best, Science does not stop humans from lieing to themselves or to others.
As to the missing socks, they exist in ideal subatomic icons and can be found on 'MY MISSING TOWEL', so please help me find it. I hope this answers your question. ~Elf~

I would also be interested in knowing how to do the fish thing. Today is my first day on this site, and it's pretty cool.. I don't know what kind of journals to put in cause I have no clue on what to write. Maybe I could read other people's entries , but first I gotta figure out how to do that...........

To Zagrod or whatever your name is, why did you bother doing all that research and writing it all out when noone is going to take a lot of interest in it? You could have written it as an article instead.
