Clelba Posted Sep 13, 2000

Thank god I'm doing two languages (no coursework) (French and Spanish) for GCSE. Wot r u doin? (sorry, I don't normally talk like that) and where d'you go to school etc etc.

Hi Cleba (Patron Saint of Chocolate Cats)
I'm doing History ( ), Art ( ), IT ( easy ), Graphics ( ) and German ( ).
What do you think of pliers?
Hello everyone!
Clelba Posted Sep 13, 2000
Um, pliers are groovy, I suppose.
I didn't tell you all the subjects i'm doing. Are you doing science and english and maths and stuf as well?
I'm doing English (I hate it ), Maths, (I have got three golds and a silver in the Maths Challenge if you have ever heard of it), Triple science (Biology, meaning okish, Physics , and Chemistry ), IT, I don;t like all the coursework. Are you doing short course or full course?, French , Spanish , Ceramics (art, but just with clay) and I think that's all. Do you have any hobbies? I go rowing. It's great fun but hard work too.
Hello everyone!

I am also doing Triple Science (not bad). I've only just started GCSE so my opinion is probably different to yours. Full course IT.
Yes I've heard of the Maths Challenge. I took part in one and got gold. I also got level 8 + above (or EP) in Maths in the SATs. (What were they for anyway? )
I play football a bit. I get very muddy so I don't play it as much now. ( I wasn't first-class anyway ) I also read quite a lot (Terry Pratchett is very good).
Bye
Arthur Dentist
Hello everyone!
Clelba Posted Sep 13, 2000
I know Terry Pratchett is good. We're doing Macbeth in English (literature exam text) and I was telling the eacher about Wyrd Sisters which kind of takes the piss out of the witches in Macbeth, but when I was telling her how to spell wyrd, I said Ywrd instead. Oops! Well, it was the end of the day and we finish school at 4:00. If you want to read my article on Duke of Edinburgh, go to http://www.h2g2.com/A377291

Sorry I was just in shock...I really like Year 11s...I have lots of friends from all the different school years...it's just that I am sooooooooo old. And because I like I am being discriminated against.
I apologise, be happy coursework cannot get any worse...I've already been throuhg it all. I personally think the oral is the worst part of GCSE, I have a really poor memory.

I like too. And cats. And orals are OK, at least in French they are, I'm not so sure about Spanish. I hate coursework. Actually, things like science coursework aren't too bad cos you don't have to do much research and you're basically told what to do. I hate ceramics, though, you have to do sooooooooooooo much research and it's hell hell hell. So, fellow year 11, I can't remember your name sorry, are you doing Macbeth in English and hating it too?
Talk to me and console me and why aren't there any females here? Or are there?

The Dentist and Matt are definetely not female. Don't know about anyone else.
Ywrd Sisters is one of the best.

I did Macbeth at school when i was in Year 10! I liked it but then I am an english person. I think Othello is the best play though - it is soooooooo evil.

You double posted. So, a female. Pity you like English. I hate it. Almost every bit of it. I don't mind writing essays on poems though. Don't ask me why but they're about all I can do. We watched a bit of a film of Macbeth and it was set in modern times, and it looked really good. Does anyone know anything about it cos I want to see the rest of it. And why the obsession with fish? Surely it's more healthy to have an obsession with chocolate? BTW, if you're an english person, I must be a french person. Not meaning I am French, but that french is my favourite subject. I'll stop rambling now, and leave you all in peace. Bye.
