The never really gave stats on the AT-AT barge. though, I would asume it would be something that Corillian Engineering Co. would do, they're good with freighters and stuff like that.

I can't see the Empire going to a company like that, my bet's on KDY or SFS.

The Corrilian Engineering company sounds good to me.

But they have NEVER made anything currently used by the Empire. It's probably Kuat Drive Yards, Sienar Fleet Systems or maybe, just maybe, Cygnus Spaceworks.
