oh. As you are a fleet admiral you should design a fleet. Start it off with crews and ships full of NPCs (Non Playable Charectors), then, recruit, if you can, Researchers (members of H2G2 such as ourselves) to crew some or all of those ships. When they crew the ships, they get to design them, specify the stuff on them. Until you can recruit crews you get to decide what type (Battleship, Carrier, Cruiser, ect) and class (Imperial, Imperial II, G'quan, Vorchan, ect) the ships are. You also totaly control the ships until you crew them, but crewign them with researchers makes them better. Go to Hell and Heavy Weapons to order the ships. They are our military contractor. the link is on the equipment page.

Okay I think I understand all that. So I can make all the ships I want but I cant make links to them correct? That would be done by researchers that man the ships correct?

Well, you make all the ships for yourself that you want and then a generalized fleet. Just however many ships you want to put in it.
When you recruit people to join, and if they want to be in your fleet, and if they want their own ships within said fleet, then they get to design their ship, and link it to your fleet, and they tell you, give you the ship's A-link and you put it in your fleet page.
Lews, a researcher who doesn't show up anymore, made a fighter to go on my Fleet Flag Ship, the Divine Light (A943706)
What follows is an example of how one might structure their fleet page
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~[Example]~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Fleet type: patrol
Total ship count: 20
Ships classes and numbers: 1 Imperial Mark II Star Destroyer (ISD)
5 Centauri Vorchan Cruisers
5 Narn G'quan heavy cruisers
5 White Star class frigates
4 Lancer class Anti-Fighter frigates
Fleet Flag Ship: ISD Chimeara
Supreme Fleet Commander: Grand Admiral Gilead Pellaeon
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~[End Example]~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Here's my fleet, for further reference: A995394

you aren't being a pain in the @ss, if you were, I would be snide, mean, and otherwise unpleasent
The Flage ship is indeed the commander's sbip. You can also have a secondary command ship if you so desire, and a superweapon, as long as it is limited to planetary devestation or destruction. Like the Death Star or the genisis torpedo (Edan missile, as some like to call it)
Center Poitn Station, tri-lithium torpedoes, and the Sun Crusher are all examples of super weapons that can do more damage than individual planatry destruction or devestation and are weapons that only the Imperial 1st fleet (under command of the Emperor [Me] can use, as they would rarely be needed any way)

Sure, anyone can come to the Black market, and there are some real bargains to be had, plus some stuff you don't get in legit shops. Technically your criminal syndicate wouldn't 'join', as the BM has no members, but you would be allowed to sell there and get discounts whenever you guy from anyone there.
