I've always got something when ever one of the collaborative entries I've been involved in has gone onto the front page. In fact one time we all got the same e-mail with everyone elses addresses on it, which was a bit embarrassing for the staff!

Was that Ski-Slopes?
There is a different policy for official h2g2 collaborative-topic-of-the-week entries (to which you willingly contribute) and quasi-official collaborative topics.
This bum-fodder thing falls into the latter category.

(BTW Mark Moxon is signing some of the e-mails again)

Just point me in the right direction ... there must be some threads out there worth writing up.

How about the long-running "god, fact or fiction" thread? -> F55607?thread=192835
That should keep you occupied for a good decade.

There's not much anyone can do that. The Godless can't argue against the Faithful, and the HappyClaps will bever convince the Teflon-heads without formulae.

well there you go - you've summarized the thread perfectly, write it up and list all the researchers.

- I just found this - in my list of Guide entries! I'm delighted to be associated with it (not sure that I contributed much, though ) - it's just what the Guide needs - informative, authoritative, erudite, scatalogical ... and it makes you wet your pants!

Interestingly, I see that Researcher U272 has listed himself as a contributor ... I am not convinced that he was not listed as a contributor in the original A961760
Now why would he do that?

Ah, I see. Well he is part of the in-house team, so maybe he contributed to something when it came back from the Sub-Ed (or even before)
Thought about posting to his PS and asking why?

couple of points, you have indicated you have a cat, ideal as a subtitute when due to hanging roll wrong way round aforemention animal has shredded roll (innocently whilst cleaning paws following digging up bulbs just planted)and if after trying !! you may never want to return to paper ,since the cat is self cleaninghowever do not fall foul of those advertiseing excec's who are promoteing the use of "labrador puppies" who tend to grow to fast ,and do not tend to be so fastidious in cleansing in fact often roll in "samples" when excersising.
