As far as I can recall, the only thing I mentioned in respect of this was that you can get toilet roll holders which stick out at right angles to the wall, making the "in or out" argument moot. This never made it through to the final article, so could you please take my name off. (Actually, two copies are cluttering my space; could you remove my name from both, please?)
