h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Since I am a student, resignations are more or less impossible. I can naturally quit my degree, which takes about an entire 10 minutes filling out the paper work telling them that I have had enough, that is all I am able to do.

However that is not what I would concern myself with. I do like university and therefore would continue my degree, however I would be out of my current place of residence as soon as humanly possible. I suppose I would have to wait about a month or so, and even then I would have to go for a 30 day settlement on the house that I would purchase. It would be great though, even during that period between winning the dough and moving into my own place I would only be thinking "only X more days of abuse and c**p" where X is the number of days until I can get out.

So for me it would not be a case of quitting my job, it would be a case of resigning from my place of residence. That is my current dream...
