Post 2: This came from Flea Market. It's not been written as an entry about Winchester per se as would demand the protocol format but is Winchester - Some History.
Post 3: It rested in PR for a while - then I got promises of extra input. I am still waiting for that input. In the meantime, it thus remains incomplete so doesn't belong in PR.
