That sounds awful, though some of it is like what some other people have described, so who knows? Every time I cough or *think* I have a sore throat or fever, I jump to conclusions. Then I don't cough again for ages, or my forehead gets cool again, or I decide the
throat was my imagination. Whatever.

But you'd probably rather have my symptom than the ones you do have.

And then there's that 106-year-old man in Iran who survived the virus. I'm betting it;s a hoax, but who knows?

There are still a number of dumb people around here who think it all an elaborate hoax aimed at the gov't taking more control---believe it or not. They all deserve Darwin awards!

I've heard that the disease can lull you into thinking you've been cured, after which it comes back with more pain.

Of course, I've heard these things from people who survived, so gird up your loins just in case.

Then again, it really may be a thing of the past by the seventh day.

It's the insecurity of whether you have COVID-19 or something else that keeps nagging. Talking about the very light version, I might have already had it. Or not. Hayfever season is also upon us now. Having had a history of migraine, headaches are not exclusive for COVID too…
All of my kids have had significant Flu-ish stuff just before we had the first official case round here. Now they say that first case probably wasn't the first at all. Luckily, we did self-isolate anyway at the time, because it seemed like the best thing to do.
My brother in law and sister in law (both Intensive Care nurses) have just recovered from COVID. It's a risky profession, but I'm glad they're doing it.

Best of luck to them. In a way, it's better that thy are immune to the virus now -- until the next one comes along.
