Ear wax bias question
Paigetheoracle Started conversation Nov 2, 2018
I may have a hiatus hernia, which leads me to sleep on my left side. Does this explain why I need my left ear syringed more regularly than the right and if so why does this occur, that is what is the mechanism involved?

Ears are supposed to be self-cleaning. Some people never have any buildup.
If your earwax tends to be dry, you may have Asian ancestry. If it's sticky or wet, European or African ancestry may be involved. If you're getting older, the texture is likely to become flaky.
I've had to have wax removed from my ears once or twice.

Still attempting to teach my ears to hold the cotton buds for self-cleaning.
The lying on one ear theory makes sense. Recently I was sleeping on my belly and my mose blocked completely.

Your moose blocked completely? That's terrible -how is it now?

A moose with ear wax buildup can't be a happy moose. Then again, I've never seen a moose, so how would I know what would make it happy?

The mose in question was a nose with a speech impediment, caused by it being blocked, although not with earwax.
Using a moose as a coat rack will definitely piss it off. (and your coats will be gone too)

I once saw a moose pull a rabbit out of a hat.
("Again!? That trick never works!")

"Again? Must be the wrong hat."
A flying squirrel sometimes landed on the antler of that particular moose.
