Hi Guys, I'll be hosting this challenge this month
Remember that important bit - You can do EG Entries, POST articles, and JOURNAL entries - the choice is yours, do whatever you want!
I have a trio of volleyball entries that I aim to finish this month (that would be sport) and i might be part of a Fitocracy entry (which would certainly be personal fitness)
Please drop a note in here, saying what you will be doing this month, feel free to message me if you have some sport (or Personal fitness) entry that you want some help on
Don't forget that sparkly badge!
Good luck
Nbb

I did a 66 mile sponsored bike ride on Saturday - if I get a chance I'll write about it.

Count me in - shame I can't include my ongoing journal entry. I'll probably write a bit about my favourite rides and walks and maybe get that long-planned entry about the trans-Pennine Trail written up.

I've written about my bike ride in my journal.
If I get a chance I might write about it for or the Guide.

HI, to be candid, your journal was one of the reasons I included 'personal fitness' this month - as this aspect of personal fitness has much more currency among h2g2 researchers than perhaps regular sport does. I think you journal, were it to carry on would naturally give you a badge. If you'd stopped writing it yesterday then perhaps not.
I'd love to read some more of your writing though, you've a really good style.

I'd've thought Munro Bagging counts too?

Well, I may sound mean here BB, but as the Munro bagging Entry was started in May, has been finished, and is now just waiting for selection, I think it cannot really qualify.
I was happy enough for Rossy to deserve a badge, as the aim of Create is to encourage new writers - and his Entry on sailing is still being written in Peer Review. As I said, if HI *continues* his journal on cycling to work, that was the decider in my mind.
Obviously Z can argue with me over this!

No, I already have a badge for Munro bagging, it was my hobby for May.

How dare you all start showing up and volunteering - you're making work for me!
Sorry I was out of things in May - what was Munro Bagging and Z, are you doing a separate thing for your cycling (<pokes with prod to encourage>
Keep em coming boys and girls

Ok boys and girls, time for rest is over
To show willing I have finished up work for my three entries and placed them all into PR
They need new eyes, especially those of a more athletic bent than my own (yes my eyes don't work out much)

Read the Volleyball entry first!

Brilliant! I must admit I am really impressed by hearing about your taking up cycling, and the benefits you've written about over the past months or so, Bel. I'd like to read more, but then, you may have a completely different subject up your sleeve.
