Lil, you are showing your age - I remeber seeing Norman Collier Live on tour. He was brilliant and as you say his faulty mike routine had everyone in stitches.

It's silly role-play just like we used to do.

42 silly Olympic-like events in 42 conversations over 14 days in 3 Waterworks venues. People can enter as many or as few as they wish

Of course, I don't expect it to actually work, but at least it will fail in style.

BTW be careful how you mention the games which are going on, (Referred in this forum as the 'O' Games 2012) as they are very hot on copyright. Not just the rings but the name itself is a Registered Trademark. Unless you are reporting the 2012 games, be careful.
