I totally missed out on the pies in favour of hot and sexy steam engines and - oh be still my beating heart - that flippin ginormous Nimrod! Phwoar!

I didn't think there was any variant of the Comet in the Air and Space gallery. A Shackleton or is it Shuttleworth maybe and some bits of an old Nimrod, not any of the newer Nimrod bits (which is a shame as they were being built down the road at Woodford)

it wasn't clear but I think all the aircraft in that part are models or replicas. But most definitely TRiG, Menthol Penguin and I spent about 5 or 10 minutes looking at a thing labelled Nimrod. Mind you, they also had an engine labelled "we _think_ this is a Rolly Royce Merlin something or other" so the whole place is vague in a cute way.

I also suspect the models are not all to the same scale, otherwise the MIR space station dwarfs The (TNG) Enterprise.

Ah yes there was the model of a Nimrod wasn't there.
