Whenever I have chose a character name I'm always Harben. My son chose it many, many years ago for Cloud from FFVII.

So Harben, Dark Elf, dual wielding. Hard as nails and barking at the moon.

I'm going to focus on doing good deeds for a while - if there were any character statistics, I'd probably find my Infamy points higher than my Fame ones. Lately, I've been approached by all kinds of shady characters asking me to commit crime for them (theft, sabotage, etc).

And all the city guards (even the Nord ones) seem to dislike me, warning me not to try my tricks on them.

Do they not have the stats in Skyrim any more? Aww, I always liked looking at those.

There *are* still stats (hit esc, then choose relevant section) but you don't seem to get the faction status or reputation stuff anymore.

Killed my first ! Not that I had much choice, the quest was more or less forced upon me, but at least it resulted in me being able to buy a house, finally. Having trouble storing all my items though, seems that they can't go into just any container, depending on what kind of item it is.

really? Dumped all my stuff, regardless, into a chest in my first house.

BTW, King Olaf is a big fat liar. And not just because he is called Olaf the One-Eyed yet clearly has two eyes! (good dungeon crawl/quest btw)

Had someone call me a spell sword, someone else tell me they'd heard about my silken tongue and a guard ask me if I'd be willing to enchant their sword. Skills seem to have a real effect on interactions!

I've managed to find some rather sexy armour, so I'm running around half naked at the moment. And WHY can I kill chickens in some places, but in others it's a criminal offence?

I think I'll pass on joining the Stormcloaks - I don't like their attitude (that reminds me of a certain RL leader) of 'if you're not with us, you're against us'.

It put me off with their 'wipe out all elves' speech. What with being a Wood Elf and all that...

My inventory is buggy at best, the not being able to put any item into any kind of container is just one part of it. Sometimes I can't sell specific kinds of items (I 'slip out' of the selling menu) and right now, I can't Favourite my spells. And often, in the items section, the R and F keys will get reversed in effect. Argh. Anyone know of a buggy inventory fix?
