Titania (gone for lunch)

Strolling around in Whiterun waiting for Isolda to wake up, I came across the guards' barracks. Not remembering ever having even seen it before, I entered and found a trap door to the Dragonsreach Dungeons - but very different from when you enter the dungeons the 'official' way.

Long dark corridors leading in different directions, lit only by the occasional torch. And not a soul except a dead skeever so far.

*rubs hands together in discovery glee*

I was playing as a breton necromancer - tried walking my way over to Winterhold with a raised army of zombies - amazingly I was attacked by several dragons and ransoms spawns every few feet minutes.

Nature may abhore a vacuum but Skyrim hates a necromancer even more! smiley - skull

Have since re-started as an Imperial Goody-two-shoes fighting for the Empire, and doing all the good quests, who will post-civil war retire as a mercenary for The Companions in Whiterun.

My current little wood elf has three murders on her mind. Two I can account for (Boethia's calling, and killing the first of the guards in the museum in Markarth for a guild quest. Not sure what the third one was though, darn - I was trying to keep an eye on the count...smiley - erm

I rather regret downing a cure disease potion after being bitten by a smiley - vampire recently - it might have been interesting to see how the quest would have developed, but my latest auto-save was too far back for me to want to go through it all again.

I've been researching all the pc mods for skrim. Some of them like the realistic needs and diseases, realisitic predator behaviour, expanded armours, weapons and especially the re-worked over (and massively expanded) perk tree make this into a whole new customisable game!

I'm so looking forward to buying a pc and installing Skyrim again and really role-playing a character like I've never had a chance to. (e/g a wood elf hunts man, who camps outside of cities. f'rinstance)

Sheogorath is, of course, mad as a hatter - but when he lowers his voice and speaks to me quite clearly, I can't help feeling a bit intimated (he says it in a different tone of voice):

'Do you - tiny, puny, expendable little mortal actually think you can convince me to leave?'

I currently have the werewolf bracer on. I am hot footing it across the country, but I am really quite curious to see what happens if I turn. I might just carry on crossing the country to find out (wouldn't dare try it in the towns!).

Funny how much difference it makes depending on what race you play...

My very first character was a Nord - both the Imperials and the Stormcloaks were eager to recruit her.

My little wood elf is still welcomed with open arms by the Imperials, but the Stormcloak recruiter Galmar is quite suspicious of her motives.

I'm not siding with either one, just did the initial quest for each. I'm not getting involved in the civil war this time, once for each side was more than enough.

I enjoyed the game much more when I didn't involve myself in the main storyline, not least because I was never bothered by a pesky dragon flying over every five minutes!

My Argonian wasn't well liked, and (unsurprisingly) downright hated in the expansion. Hopefully my current Wood Elf will be a bit more neutral.

I've been listening to a mix of Celtic music on youtube, and suddenly I sat up straight when I heard a very, VERY familiar tune.

Wrecking my brain, I couldn't place it, so I checked the list of tunes - it was Skyrim ingame music smiley - silly

And another familiar tune turned out to be from The Burning Crusade (WoW). After discovering the game took up far too much of my hard drive space, I've uninstalled the whole lot. Good riddance, I say - too many foulmouthed brats.
