Not strictly an RPG, but I think it has enough RPG elements to be considered one... there are quests and outside the basic level structure there's a reasonably open world with loads of stuff to do and find.

On PC platform? I've only played the previous LEGO games on the Wii.

Well, it's available on Steam (I've seen Mr D playing it lately 
) so I assuem it's for PC.

It's on various platforms, I bought it on Steam because there was a sale on!
I love Steam sales... my bank account doesn't.
