I remember when my idiot brother taped over a video full of episodes of Cities Of Gold with bloody football. He also used to nick my scrapbooks of He-man stickers when they were like half full or just with a few pages full and fill them up with football scores and cricket statistics.

Over Cites of Gold?
Oh my God. I would slaughter him. Seriously, I would absolutely murder him for that.

And the Bert and Ernie characters on Sesame Street are gay.....really! It makes sense when you think about it, if you've ever seen that show (you should if you haven't--it's hilarious!) because, number one, two adult, or at least not child, guys live together and sleep in the same room, and are definitely not brothers, and, number two, they have all the mannerisms if you look for them, and, number three, which really should be number one, my friend told me, and Jim Henson's son talked to them at school, and he said that...that didn't flow very well, so here goes again: Jim Henson's son told my friend that Bert and Ernie were gay. Pretty neat!

This was years ago now, about 13/14 years probably.
Do the trusty old Google search, Jeff, you should find it.

Are those crappy "forever friends" necklaces with the half a medallion on each one that 12 year old girls get each other for birthdays based on the necklace out of Cities Of Gold, I wonder...
